Mr Williams was excellent. He introduced himself and shook my hand, from the start I felt relaxed and at ease. Throughout the procedure we chatted away and he was humorous, making me laugh. The injection didn't sting at all as I'd expected and I joked that he was the best "injecionist" ever! I got great care today, It was all a very nice experience. The nurses on duty were also great. I was referred for NHS breast reduction surgery, to a different Dr, he usually did cancer breast reconstruction surery; he assessed my needs and instantly referred me to Dr Williams as he said Dr Williams could give me a far better outcome than he could. Dr Williams was amazing, he put me at ease, he talked through all of my concerns, he was honest about possible complications and he gave me the time and space I needed to make an unpressured informed decision. I decided to go ahead with the surgery and he was again caring, understanding and professional throughout my hospital stay and year long recovery. Now 1yr later, I've been discharged, I've never been more happy with my body or felt healthier and I completely have Dr Williams to thank for that.

Mr Williams showed great empathy towards my needs and concerns, he was very thorough in his explanation putting me at ease from day one, he gave me the information needed in relation what to expect with the type of surgery I was requesting, he put me a great ease, and gave me my life back. Prior to my surgery my issue was very dominant and now it no longer rules my life. The surgery was very successful and I was home recovering after one night in hospital. I am very grateful to the care and compassion shown to me by Mr Williams, and would not hesitate to approach him again in the future. Mr Williams is an outstanding surgeon with fantastic people skills.

After waiting 14 years to have my breast reconstruction I needed to be very sure it was the right thing for me to do. Mr Williams was patient, supportive and encouraging in all the right ways enabling me to make a truly informed choice about my surgery. He also helped me plan the timing to fit in with my life and commitments. When I attended for surgery I was made to feel like a VIP by all his team. The care I received throughout my stay from ALL members of the ward and medical team was absolutely first class. I was treated as an individual with those needs responded to and nothing was too much trouble. I have never seen so many smiling faces coming into my room! Since my discharge from hospital I have again been very impressed by the follow up. Having to phone in with my drain output was not a chore as the staff receiving the call treated me as an old friend! I have felt welcomed at clinic and secure in the knowledge that I am being cared for in every sense of the word. What a wonderful team, led by a consultant who leads by example. I have noticed how he knows all members of staff names, guides them in a professional but kindly manner and always thanks them for their help no matter who they are, the mark of a true team player, valuing all your colleagues. Mr Williams and his team are a superb example of how to get it right in the NHS. Well done and thank you very very much.
